Information you provide

The form asks for your name, phone number or email, suburb and a description of the problem. You can also choose a repair type and add photos. Please leave out ID documents, people and personal details that aren’t needed for the repair.

How we use it

We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry, discuss the repair and keep track of follow-up. Sending the form won’t sign you up for marketing or book a visit.

Information that helps prevent spam

We save when you sent the form, your reference number and a scrambled daily network identifier to help limit spam. The services that run the website may also process network addresses and request logs to keep it working and secure.

Storage and access

Your enquiry and photos are kept in private storage using Sites and Cloudflare, and access to the inbox and photos is restricted to the website owner. These services may process information outside Australia. No storage system can guarantee complete security.

Access, changes and deletion

We keep your information for as long as it’s needed to handle your enquiry and follow-up. Use the contact form and include your reference if you’d like to see, correct or delete it. We may need to check your identity first.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use advertising trackers or optional analytics, and our fonts and images are hosted with the website. The services needed to run the site or let you sign in may use cookies.
